The resort was fenced off from the local community with gated access to Eden Beach. The staff were all welcoming and went above and beyond in taking care of us without being intrusive. Our room rate was half board, including breakfast and one main meal. Most meals were buffet style and were outstanding. We spoke with the head chef and sous chef and always felt impressed by the quality and range of food prepared. We enjoyed playing pool, taking afternoon tea, morning and early evening walks on the beach, swimming in the saltwater pool and generally just chilling. A Yoga class was also offered one afternoon which was perfect. The hotel has a lovely spa offering a range of treatments and well worth a visit. Book early.

The Rooms were really spacious and good. Staff was courteous and helpful. The property is very well located. We would definitely like to try out the villa segment during our next visit.

Large and clean rooms, nicely and modernly decorated. Nice and helpful service, the chef, Mr. Polvinder, deserves special praise, very communicative and nice, he can prepare various delicious dishes upon special request. Nice and well-kept garden, although not large. The swimming pool is large and clean. There is a public, large and clean beach 400 m from the hotel, although very crowded on weekends.

We had a great time at your property. The dinner at Kabab factory was awesome though the breakfast could have been better. Seasonal fruits could have been included. The staff is exemplary - they were very friendly and ensured that we were very comfortable. Espeically those who served us at Kabab factory and the restaurant manager. Mr Kanakaraj your front office manager was very hospitable and thanks to him we stayed at Radisson Kochi on our recent visit there and have booked to stay in Salem at the end of the week. We will be there again in the first week of August with family.

Beautiful location and layout far from the madding crowd...lovely chalet room with large bathroom and balcony...excellent staff all across the resort...Executive Chef Palwinder Singh took special care of everything and all the restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly...housekeeping staff including Sahil Kumar cleaned the room very well...the buggy boys Vijay Hari and Murugan were always around whenever we needed them...and the front desk people Chinar Somita and Udhayasankar were very polite and prompt...an excellent resort in Pondicherry and we liked almost everything about the place...highly recommended

Rooms are spacious and clean, we got an upgrade to villa with private pool. That was excellently maintained, the room was well furnished with nice goodies, loaded with mini bar. The room also got bath tub and steam room bathing goodies were good. Pool was 4ft and quit good size for a family to enjoy, outside garden and seating space also good. Room is modernly updated and fully accessed with one touch remote/ tab. Resort has lot of indoor & out door activities for children and adults. “Bodhi spa” very nice service and therapist, you will surely enjoy the spa.

The kitchen was the main highlight. The stay was made comfortable thanks to Sandeep, Abhinav, Ankush, Amit, Rupal and Sudip. Great team and made us feel always comfortable and took good care. Thanks once again for your hospitality. The cooks took our wishes in a good way. We really enjoyed the dinners:).

Good location, excellent food and an overly delightful staff - very very friendly and helpful always. The Bay Bistro chef and the team deserve an absolute kudos for the personal touch to each one of the visitors. We were 11 of us 8 plus 3 kids including one tiny tot and we were well looked after. We also had a nice experience with the birthday celebration of our little one. They even encouraged planting a sapling which was just too sensible a way of celebrating!! Overall a great experience!

The greenery in and around the property was amazing . A fantastic resort , the perfect getaway from the hustle and chaos of the city life . Close proximity to the Promenade beach was an icing on the cake ! I had to switch my room due to water leakage issues from the AC vent , the staff was quite helpful and resolved the issues asap. Good vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread for breakfast and quite a good menu on their High-Tea . Would recommend their filter coffee and live dosa counter .

The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Staff are great. The rooms are a really good size and very comfortable. The restaurant is good and has a plenty of variety.
