Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay

The resort was fenced off from the local community with gated access to Eden Beach. The staff were all welcoming and went above and beyond in taking care of us without being intrusive. Our room rate was half board, including breakfast and one main meal. Most meals were buffet style and were outstanding. We spoke with the head chef and sous chef and always felt impressed by the quality and range of food prepared. We enjoyed playing pool, taking afternoon tea, morning and early evening walks on the beach, swimming in the saltwater pool and generally just chilling. A Yoga class was also offered one afternoon which was perfect. The hotel has a lovely spa offering a range of treatments and well worth a visit. Book early.

Large and clean rooms, nicely and modernly decorated. Nice and helpful service, the chef, Mr. Polvinder, deserves special praise, very communicative and nice, he can prepare various delicious dishes upon special request. Nice and well-kept garden, although not large. The swimming pool is large and clean. There is a public, large and clean beach 400 m from the hotel, although very crowded on weekends.

Beautiful location and layout far from the madding crowd...lovely chalet room with large bathroom and balcony...excellent staff all across the resort...Executive Chef Palwinder Singh took special care of everything and all the restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly...housekeeping staff including Sahil Kumar cleaned the room very well...the buggy boys Vijay Hari and Murugan were always around whenever we needed them...and the front desk people Chinar Somita and Udhayasankar were very polite and prompt...an excellent resort in Pondicherry and we liked almost everything about the place...highly recommended

The kitchen was the main highlight. The stay was made comfortable thanks to Sandeep, Abhinav, Ankush, Amit, Rupal and Sudip. Great team and made us feel always comfortable and took good care. Thanks once again for your hospitality. The cooks took our wishes in a good way. We really enjoyed the dinners:).

The greenery in and around the property was amazing . A fantastic resort , the perfect getaway from the hustle and chaos of the city life . Close proximity to the Promenade beach was an icing on the cake ! I had to switch my room due to water leakage issues from the AC vent , the staff was quite helpful and resolved the issues asap. Good vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread for breakfast and quite a good menu on their High-Tea . Would recommend their filter coffee and live dosa counter .
